Progressier Configuration

Progressier is a third-party PWA & push notification service. PNFPB can delegate both PWA generation and push delivery to Progressier.

Enable Progressier

  1. Create an account at progressier.com and add your site.
  2. Copy your App ID from the Progressier dashboard.
  3. In PNFPB → Push Notification Configuration enable Progressier.
  4. Enter your Progressier App ID in the settings field.
  5. Save. Progressier’s script is automatically enqueued on the frontend.

Progressier PWA (Third-Party PWA Tab)

In PNFPB’s PWA settings → Integrate with Progressier PWA tab you can link your Progressier app to replace PNFPB’s own PWA manifest/service worker. This is ideal when you already pay for Progressier and want advanced PWA features they provide.

When Progressier is active as the push provider the native PNFPB service worker file (pnfpb_icpush_pwa_sw.js) is not loaded, Progressier manages its own service worker.
